I'm writing regarding an urgent issue with your billing system that is currently blocking my ability to use your services. I've attempted to update my payment information using 4-5 different credit cards, all of which were previously working with your system and are currently active with other services. However, none of these cards are being accepted by your billing system. Given that: Multiple cards are failing These same cards work with other services Some of these cards previously worked with Vapi AI I strongly believe this indicates a system issue on your end rather than a problem with my payment methods. This situation is critical as it's completely blocking my ability to use your services, which is impacting my operations. I request your immediate attention to investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
