Is it possible to set μ-law in the UI?

I'm using Twilio for inbound calls, and some voices (mainly 11Labs and Azure) are played with distortion, after some investigation it looks that it could be related to the encode format , I understand that this can be customized using APIs, but are you planning to have this available in the UI as well? In this specific ase I'm referring to μ-law 8000 Thanks!

Based on the information I found, it may not be possible to directly set μ-law encoding in the Vapi UI currently. While Vapi does support customizing audio encoding formats through APIs, the UI options appear limited. For now, you can submit a feature request for μ-law UI settings at [Vapi's public roadmap board](https://roadmap.vapi.ai/feature-requests) where they prioritize features based on user votes. In the meantime, consider implementing the encoding customization through the API integration with your Twilio setup. @Max Orefice Are you controlling your Twilio interconnect yourself? or are you using VAPI provided phone numbers ?
