Also can someone explain how concurrency works? If I pass an array of 200 customers to start call, will it fail or just handle calls by batches of 10?

Vapi doesn’t automatically batch calls, but if you pass 200 customers, it will handle up to your concurrency limit and queue the rest, so you may need to manually implement batching to manage large arrays thanks
