I started an outbound call to my phone and did not respond on purpose. At the end of the call, i received a status-update but not a end-of-call report even if the assistant has end-of-call server message setup. Because there is no end-call-report if a client doesn't answer, busy or goes to voicemail. It would be a status update.

not really, I used to receive the end-of-call report as a normal call but with end-reason: voicemail

Hey @pierreh, if customer doesn't answers your call or rejects it then you won't get the end of call report whereas voicemail is different scenario. When a call is not accepted/rejected/failed then you won't get the EOC report except voicemail case.
