Hello! I am still expereincing a ton of silence timed out calls. I have already updated my instructions per your suggestion on my last ticket. You’re getting silence-timed-out calls, because either audio isn’t transmitting properly, voicemail detection isn’t tuned correctly, or speech settings need adjustment, try enabling both Twilio and Vapi voicemail tools, fine-tuning speech configs..
