If your carousel button opens the link but also sends "Visit Product" as a user input in Voiceflow, it’s because the button is treated like a normal text reply. To fix it, when you define your carousel using a Custom Actions block, you need to set the button type correctly. Instead of using a button type like "postback" or "text", you should use "web_url". This way, clicking the button will only open the link without sending anything back into the chat.
