Having a lot of phone calls not show up on call logs or show up as Unknown reason for ended with no logs or anything. Why is it like this? Anyone heer to look for call logs and cclalls in process? How to raise concurrency limits? When I upload a csv it says concurrency limit reached and does not call

Missing call logs and “unknown” end reasons are usually due to assistant misconfigurations, while concurrency limit errors during CSV uploads happen because your account’s simultaneous call limit is reached, you can batch calls or request a higher limit..
