Hi team, I'm experiencing a persistent issue with one of my assistants. I initially tried updating the assistant’s voice to a custom setup via API, but after doing so, the assistant is now stuck and showing this error on the dashboard: "Something Went Wrong! Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'models')" I have already tried: Pushing full reset payloads with both model and voice fields. Overwriting with clean base configs (standard OpenAI model + Vapi voice). Replacing dynamic prompt values with static hardcoded text. Removing all toolIds and extras. Despite this, the assistant remains broken and unusable. It seems the internal model config for this assistant is corrupted and the dashboard cannot load it anymore. Assistant ID: 55ff1bd6-ac9f-432c-aec7-487536630b83 Can you please help reset, repair, or clear the model configuration for this assistant? If easier, I’m happy for you to fully wipe and reset it. I did already try pushing separate payloads, one with no voice specified and one with default Vapi voice specified and didn't fix the problem.

Sorry for the experience, this is bug on our side we will fix it by this week
