Strangely, my assistants have stopped calling my tools. I'm on the trial plan, but I still have a lot of minutes available. Is this really a limit issue?

Check the assistant’s configuration, review execution logs for errors, test tools independently, and verify server URLs and permissions, as the issue is likely not related to usage limits.

I have the same issue a couple of days and the tools just stopped working I have tested them with n8n as well as through the tools tab they work there but when I chat or call with the assistant it doesn't work all the tools are correct and were working before but now they are not working

Hey! To help track down this issue, could you share: - The call ID - When exactly this happened (the timestamp) - What response you expected to get - What response you actually got instead This would really help us figure out what went wrong!

Please check on urgent basis and prioritize it as our product development is stopped for about 5 days now. I created a new account as well and it had the same issue of tool not binding or not working. Best Regards

Hey team, the team is working on this. It's an issue on our end where when you try to trigger the tool using the chat feature, it doesn't work. I'll share with you guys an update by today.
