We use two assistants that forward the call to a human if the customer asks for it twice in a row. It worked perfectly fine until yesterday but no calls were forwarded today. I did not change any settings of the assistants. Same Here, The call just goes dead and no calls transferred.

@Shubham Bajaj I got it to work again by changing a setting in Twilio. I changed the region call routing from Ireland back to the United States. That solved the issue. Yes I can.

By default, it's coming from Twilio for some of the phone numbers. They require calls to be routed from a particular region. In your case, it was the US. More details you can check with them.
