Can't make assistant to end the call

04/29/2025, 7:50 PMMy assistant doesn't end the call for some reason, although I give him instruction to end the call if person says goodbye. It just stays silent. How to fix it?

04/29/2025, 10:31 PMEnsure endCallFunctionEnabled is true, set endCallMessage and endCallPhrases (like "goodbye"), and make sure your system prompt clearly tells the assistant to use the endCall function when it hears farewell phrases.
