Hey @VapiSupport 👋 I’m hitting a snag with the Knowledge Base uploader and could use some guidance. What’s happening I try to upload a single PDF (~100 MB). The UI flashes “Uploaded” for a second, then the file never appears and my assistant can’t query it. Questions The docs say to “keep individual files smaller than 300 KB” for quick processing. 👋 Welcome to Vapi Docs | Vapi Does this mean 100 MB files are outright unsupported? If so, what’s the recommended path for large sources? Splitting into many smaller docs? Using Trieve / external vector store then linking? Importing via API in smaller chunks? Are there plan-level or hidden config limits I should be aware of?
