I created a receptionist in vapi and I have a list of customers in GHL. I want the receptionist to be able to reference the customer base in GHL to know if they are a returning customer. Right now I am creating a tool that ask for the first name and last name and make.com will search the GHL contact list for that information to see if it matches. Is there a easier way to connect this? Eventually I will set it up to also schedule appointments, reschedule, cancel, etc.
