Hey @everyone I’m trying to get DTMF working with my assistant to navigate IVR menus, like pressing “1 for sales” or “2 for parts”, but it’s not dialing the numbers or reaching past the menu. I’ve already enabled the dtmf tool and followed the docs, but the assistant still seems to just sit in the menu loop. Has anyone successfully used DTMF in a live call? Would love any help or guidance on how to structure the assistant prompt or config to make it press the right key and move forward.
