if nothing is being displayed in the local server when it's running then your endpoint isn't being hit, are you exposing it via ngrok? did you add your ngrok url to your phone number settings as the server url? are you adding the

to your system prompt? I would suggest setting the first message of the assistant config to say

Your number is {{callerNumber}}

to test it out to begin with
