Relatively new myself, however VAPI is intended to be integrated into other services, hence the API and SDK's available, I will just say I went and built my own UI using Replit, since VAPI is not designed to be white label friendly , there are challenges with this as well, since all Assistants roll up under a single Org ID, aka your agency account. Even with this I must create the Agent within VAPI and I can then add them to a clients dashboard, but honestly tying it all together is challenging, since ideally you would want separate agent analytics, billing, credit management, reporting etc.. Last thing I want to do is turnover an Agent to a client since you lose out on the on-going revenue for updates etc, not to mention I like to bring more value than a simple UI, VAPI is very powerful if used properly, but I think they can do a better job at providing agency support through a true white label agency option.
