Hey Vapi Support, on friday we got Asterisk successfully connected to Vapi SIP Trunk. After some time the connection broke (we changed something, any may be changed the credentials accidentally). Unfortunately Vapi is not longer accepting request from our IP address and also not trying to connect actively to our IP address anymore. Can you check id you blocked our IP Address? 94.*.39.93 THX

Since you mentioned changing credentials accidentally, try recreating them using the Vapi API. According to the information I found, direct connections to Vapi IP addresses are blocked - you must use

sip.vapi.ai

instead. If this doesn't resolve the issue, contact Vapi support at support@vapi.ai with your organization ID and provide details about the connection problem.
