Yes, you can receive inbound calls by provisioning a free number and attaching it to your assistant, but call usage is billed per minute.

Thanks for the answer @Kings_big💫 , tried attaching my phone number through BYO SIP Trunking however whenever we tried dialing the number we get a busy tone, do you know what's causing this?
