I'm looking for a fullstack developer Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, psycopg3, multi-tenant database design, JWT implementation, API integration (experience with Oauth flows and external APIs), TypeScript, JS, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, State management, CI/CD. api design with RESTful principles and well structured endpoints. Understanding of security best practices. Must be confident in logically working with automation builders (if you can code, this should be zero problem, but i have to say it anyway). Though we use some no-code automation builders, this role is not open to non-developers. coding is a must. Reasoning through a repo and building pieces of the puzzle that sensibly interact with each other is the name of the game. Gone are the days of being a junior dev that only needs to think about one specific part of the application - AI does most of the actual code writing and I'm well aware of that. Being able to think at a high level and truly be engineer is the most important skill. Familiarity with Vapi is great, but we use Vapi soley through the API -- I'm not looking for help 'building assistants' in the Vapi user interface. We do text ai as well that is not vapi related.
