However, we’ve encountered some challenges in using it as intended. Additionally, when we attempted to report the issue, we noticed that the bug reporting page was unavailable. As we are currently evaluating your service for integration into one of our upcoming applications, this raises concerns about reliability and support, especially as we consider moving toward production. We would appreciate it if you could clarify whether these limitations are specific to the free version or if such issues are expected to persist in the paid tier as well.
