Request for Clear Pricing Per Minute for Client Es...

I’m currently on the free plan and have found it extremely difficult to find a clear breakdown of the pricing per minute. I want to be able to estimate how much we should charge clients based on the services we’re providing. Earlier, Vapi support provided the total cost for a specific call with the following details: Transcriber: $0.02397946 Model: $0.0215575 Voice: $0.06725 Vapi: $0.10865 Analysis: $0.002454 Analysis: $0.004398 Knowledge-base: $0 However, I’m specifically looking for the cost per minute for one agent costs with these current settings and how the pricing is calculated, so I can accurately calculate how much to charge clients. Could you please provide me with the cost per minute or let me know if there's a simple formula to calculate this? It’s been really hard to get a clear answer on this, and any guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance. Best regards,
v
## Vapi Cost Per Minute Calculation The total cost per minute = Vapi platform fee ($0.05/min) + provider costs (at-cost): - **Transcriber**: ~$0.01/min (Deepgram) - **Model**: ~$0.02-$0.20/min (depends on model) - **Voice**: ~$0.02-$0.07/min (depends on provider) For empirical costs, make a test call and check the breakdown at [dashboard.vapi.ai/calls](https://dashboard.vapi.ai/calls). [ { "type": "transcriber", "cost": 0.02397946 }, { "type": "model", "cost": 0.0215575 }, { "type": "voice", "cost": 0.06725 }, { "type": "vapi", "cost": 0.10865 }, { "type": "analysis", "cost": 0.002454 }, { "type": "analysis", "cost": 0.004398 }, { "type": "knowledge-base", "cost": 0 } ] this is what I was provided for a specific call ealier, I'd like to ask 1. Since I am still on the free plan, I’m curious about the Vapi charges. Why am I seeing a charge for Vapi? Could you explain what this cost covers and why it is showing up on the free plan? 2. Additionally, I noticed there are 2 analysis charges. Could you clarify what this refers to and how it is calculated? 3. I also noticed the cost for Voice (TTS), but I am using ElevenLabs for the cloned voice. We are already paying ElevenLabs for this, so I’m wondering why there is an additional cost for the voice here. Could you please clarify this as well? I’d really appreciate your help in understanding how these costs are structured and how I can calculate future expenses based on call duration. So we can properly figure out when selling to clients.

Total pricing is 5 cents per minute which is Vapi charge + Underlying provider cost.

Thank you for responding, How about the Voice charge and analysis?
k
Hey Beam, checking if this is resolved/solved for you?

Hi, not yet, I am wondering what is the analysis charge and can it be removed? I see there're 2 analysis charges as well as the voice charge, since I pay 11labs, not sure why the voice charge shows here

Hi, I saw that the next available time is in July, is there any way possible that you guys will be available sooner than that?

For the most accurate breakdown of your per-minute costs—including Vapi, transcriber, model, and voice charges—review your call logs at [dashboard.vapi.ai/calls](https://dashboard.vapi.ai/calls). If you see unexpected charges (like Vapi fees on a free plan, duplicate analysis charges, or extra voice costs despite paying ElevenLabs), the documentation does not clarify these cases, so please email [support@vapi.ai](support@vapi.ai) with your call details for a direct explanation. This will help you get precise answers for your client estimates and resolve any billing confusion. Tip: Always check the dashboard after test calls to see the real, itemized costs for your current settings.
