Hi @VAPI Tech Calling MCP tool seems to return 500. { "error": "Failed to connect to MCP server: Error POSTing to endpoint (HTTP 400): {\"jsonrpc\":\"2.0\",\"error\":{\"code\":-32603,\"message\":\"Internal error: Session not found\"},\"id\":null}" } It seems few others are seeing the same error. Is this known issue?
