Hi @Vapi Support Bot @Vapi I have set up Vapi assistant to transfer call with the call forwarding option and also tried the transfer tool. They were working but they stopped about 2 days ago. Now the call just hangs up when it says it's transferring and is supposed to transfer, it doesn't, it just hangs up. Has anyone been able to fix this?

Try removing the 'phone-call-control' server event from your assistant. This event allows you to handle call transfers instead of Vapi, causing calls to be marked as forwarded but not actually transferred. Could you share a specific call ID from one of the failed transfers? This would help identify what's happening during the transfer process.
