Is anyone experiencing service degradation? Our assistants started to work bad today, after 2 months working well and no chnages done on owr side. Tried to change the model, move to Nova 3, and issues persists randomly. It's speaking like it executes a tool, but it doesnt does it. Has anyone experienced the same? This issue started yesterday
