In that call ID, tool trigger() is never executed. It's added as tool and its beeing working for 2 months. Now it stopped working, randomly. Sometimes it works, others not. This started 2 days ago.
We tried changing the model to Gemini, the transcriber to Nova 3, the voice to Elevenlabs Turbo 2.5 and the issue persists, randomly.
It seems the agent doent understands when speaking in realtime. But the transcription in text is correct.
Are we doing something wrong? Something changed on your side?
How can we solve this? We are worried because we are about to lose a customer.
