Hi all - I've reached out to a few of you directly but will post this here for anyone who's interested. Our company is looking to bring on another person to assist with dev and deployments of voice agents. Starting out as contract work but hoping to find the right people who could turn into full-timers if it makes sense. Full job description is attached. We've got a few customers today and we're ready to start scaling this up, so we need more hands on keyboards. If you're interested, as a next step, we’d like to get a sense of how you approach building and deploying agents. We’re asking you to record a short (3–5 minute) screen share walking us through a voice agent you’ve built using Vapi (or a similar voice agent platform), along with how you’ve integrated it using Zapier or Make.com. our walkthrough should cover: What the agent does and the business case behind it How the prompt and call flow logic is structured What the integration handles (e.g. CRM updates, email/SMS triggers) Any challenges you encountered or lessons learned You can use Loom, Vimeo, or any screen recording tool of your choice. We don't need to see any of your "secret sauce" but this exercise helps us understand your technical fluency and how you think through implementation in real-world conditions.
