I am trying to test my voice assistant. However, when I try to use the test suite it just says the first sentence and nothing else. Testing with chat works, but I need to test voice.
I have already tried switching transcribers, voices, mesing with start and stop speaking settings, testing with a different default assistant and I've triple-checked that the agent is connected to the phone number. I have no idea what to do. I am in a massive time crunch.
Also, when I go and look at my call logs, then the transcripts there do not indicate that the test suite AI responded anything to my assistant. I think that might be the problem I'm facing here is that the assistant is not recognizing what the testing agent is saying.
If there's anyone that can help me, I would be incredibly grateful.
