Inbound Call Settings for Workflows Bug ?

I've allocated a phone number in inbound settings directly to a workflow, but it seems like it's not working. I've called the number multiple times and the workflow isn't running or interacting at all. Is this a bug? https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1371186968859246592/1371186969547116614/Screenshot_2025-05-11_at_21.05.46.png?ex=682238e0&is=6820e760&hm=c9eda95cf317640012e4b82b4815ac76af95b419347a7d4c0c22ee9a0beafcd5&

Thanks for sharing the details of your configuration and the issue you're experiencing. Based on the information available, I don't have specific details about whether this is a known bug or why the workflow isn't triggering when you call the allocated number. If you have any additional details about your setup or recent changes, feel free to share them, and I'll do my best to help further.

I recommend double-checking the assignment of the number to ensure it’s correctly linked. Also verify the workflow settings for triggers and conditions. It might help identify the problem.

Ensure the correct assistant is assigned to the phone number, verify configuration settings (STT, LLM, TTS), test the assistant directly, review call logs for errors, and confirm the phone number’s status and connectivity.

I tried to test two workflows, one more complex and the other extremely simple, and I can't test either of them. There's absolutely no sound when I press Start Call. I really can't understand why they're not working. Some time ago, a few weeks back, one workflow was working, but now I can't hear anything at all. One of the workflows gives an error, and the other does nothing, with no sound. I've also recorded two videos so you can see which buttons I'm pressing and that there's absolutely no sound. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1371186968859246592/1371543221209141299/Screen_Recording_2025-05-12_at_20.38.10.mov?ex=682384a9&is=68223329&hm=ef245fd14a3dd637cc41729aa62ba1eca4f54d3d1949a39c274759730c01f3f0& https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1371186968859246592/1371543222664429698/Screen_Recording_2025-05-12_at_20.39.08.mov?ex=682384aa&is=6822332a&hm=6d32bd3239e841bacd2acb6b7c2ea7e70a13471d6e0dd664d2e9663b85081805&
I want to connect a phone number directly to a workflow. Within that workflow, I have multiple assistants who can theoretically connect with each other. It's a bit confusing. So, since within a workflow you can select an assistant, that means you can select multiple assistants within the same workflow and connect them to each other. Logically, from what I see, in Inbound Settings for phones, you can directly select a workflow. This means these workflows can replace squads. Is that not correct? Just this assumption?

Workflow will be a new way to build the overall voice agent behavior, so yes most likely will replace squads long term
