I have the vapi MCP server setup in claude desktop for testing and I get this error "MCP vali-mcp-server: Server disconnected" and in MCP settings a 'failed' state with server disconnected. I see MCP issues for a day or so ago marked resolved, but wondering if anything else needs to get done here to fix in Claude
