Hi! I suddenly find my agents not talking during the call although if I listen to the recording I can listen both the customer and the agent. Customers are not being able to listen to agent voice though. I am getting no errors and haven't made any changes in my config. Is it something on your end?
It's quie urgent since I'm missing over 3.000 calls today because of this 😦
