[VAPI and GHL/Google Calendar Integration] Hey everyone. Need someone to help with the task below. Please DM with an estimate of how long it would take you to complete it and your fee to complete the task. Thanks a lot! We currently have a basic setup with Vapi connected to GHL. This is our funnel currently: - Lead comes in via facebook ad and goes into GHL - As soon as lead comes in, GHL automation triggers Vapi outbound call - We have an end of call report that gets sent back to GHL via a GHL automation - This automation updates the GHL custom fields "appointment time" and "appointment day". These are just text strings that get attached to the contact on GHL. It doesn't create an actual appointment on our calendar. - We have a basic automation that moves the lead to the "appointment set" pipeline stage if the "appointment time" or "appointment day" fields are changed All of this is working fine but the huge issue is that the appointments are not actually being created on our calendar. It's just some text inside a custom field. This is bad because the bot cannot check the calendar availability to avoid double-booking or to avoid booking when the sales reps are not available. So we just need someone to help us integrate Vapi with our GHL calendar and our Google calendar. The bot should check the calendar availability before booking, and it should not book on a busy slot. Ideally if it's a simple fix that takes less than 30 minutes to implement, we would prefer to pay you so you can send us a loom explaining how we can do it ourselves.
