High Latency with Twilio

Hi everyone, I'm running into really high latency (5,000–7,000 ms or more) after switching from web-based calls to Twilio (Singapore region) It was fine before, but now the voice round-trip delay is making the experience unusable. Anyone else facing this? Or know how to fix or reduce the latency? Appreciate any help 🙏 Call ID : 5e319ebf-b343-42d8-861a-c82bbb43d993 Timestamp : 12 May 2025, 20:29

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing such high latency after switching to Twilio in the Singapore region. Latency like 5,000–7,000 ms can definitely make calls difficult to use. While I don't have specific troubleshooting steps or solutions available in the information I have, you're not alone in facing challenges with latency when changing platforms. If you have any more details about your setup or recent changes, feel free to share—sometimes even small configuration tweaks can make a difference.
