Org Setting Server URL not changeable???

So I want to change the server URL in my org settings for the end of call report and inbound phone calls etc. When I go to the settings, I can't click on the input field and edit it, cause the cursor turns to the red/white blocking one. But when I wait for like 30-45 seconds, something happens and suddenly the previously blocked options are editable. Now, when I change the server URL, ad click outside the input box the option to save/clear appears at the botton. If I press it, I even get the confirmation that it has been saved. However when I exit the page and enter again, the old server URL is still there and the new one is gone, and again, the fields cannot be edited. WTF is this? Please fix this ASAP or maybe I'm the issue here? Please help me this is insanely annoying. It definitely sounds frustrating to deal with the Server URL field not saving your changes, especially after seeing a confirmation that your changes were saved. From what you've described, the field is initially uneditable, then becomes editable after a delay, but any changes you make don't persist after leaving and returning to the page. The attached image details and your steps make it clear that you're following the expected process, so your experience is understandable. While I don't have specific information on why this is happening, your detailed description highlights a real issue with the settings not updating as intended.

Thanks for sharing such a detailed description and the attached image details. While I don't have information on why this is happening or how to resolve it, your explanation makes the issue very clear.
