05/14/2025, 9:23 PMHi there! When I was calling to a number that was integrated to the assistant through Vapi—it was just a silence for a few second and then AI hang out the phone. It came back after 30 min or so, but with a much higher latency. Unfortunately, I was showing a demo for the customer that was going to sign a contract, and we lose him because of that 😦
