I’m currently in the process of adding a phone number through sip trunk of provider “DID Logic”. I’ve created the SIP Trunk as per the requirements with the username and password and the gateway (not so sure if I need to check the ‘use SIP gateway’ button which needs a domain username and realm as well in which I also don’t know what to fill in these. I’ve tried adding a sip with the gateway username and password first without the SIP registration as I only need inbound calls, and it wasn’t working. Not so sure if it’s a problem in VAPI or my did logic number destination forwarding SIP URI. Would be great if you could provide me the exact details I have to fill for the SIP and what to input in such fields if I’ll have to check the box of “Use SIP registration” in VAPI and the destination SIP URI exactly to put in my provider DID logic account. Any help would be appreciated as I’ve tried every combination and my provider DID logic is saying that the number is active and that they’re receiving a confirmation of the inbound call log so that I have to check with VAPI instead. Thanks!

@Maraqa (mmar) I'm not sure if DIDLogic and VAPI are fully compatible, as the last time I used DIDlogic was a while ago. However, the issue you are describing sounds like something that can be resolved using Cloudonix. If you want, please DM me and we can examine this together.
