How do I deal with being transferred and getting the assistant to then start again but also not drop the call while waiting?

Inside the assistant settings scroll down to Call TImeout Settings and increase it to 60 seconds or something. Start again, you mean continue the script after transferring calls

Yeah I mean it will need to introduce itself again and run through the questions when it gets to the appropriate person

More like it should brief the person receiving the transfer about the call discussion with the assistant before ending the call right?
