Okay so i recorded the audio on quicktime player and saved as an m4a. Then converted to raw pcm using ffmpeg.
/Users/xxxxx/Downloads/ffmpeg -i WaicoVM.m4a -ar 16000 -ac 1 -c:a pcm_s16le -f s16le -map_metadata -1 WaicoVM.raw
Then converted to wav:
/Users/xxxxx/Downloads/ffmpeg -i WaicoVM.m4a -ar 16000 -ac 1 -c:a pcm_s16le -map_metadata -1 -f wav -write_bext 0 -rf64 never WaicoVM_minimal.wav
Then Checked info:
afinfo ~/Desktop/WaicoVM_minimal.wav
Output:
File: /Users/xxxx/Desktop/WaicoVM_minimal.wav

Then uploaded the file to amazon s3 and copied the link into the first message section of my agent. The file plays sped up on the web browser the first time, and at a normal speed the first time I call. The audio plays slowed down when I called on the linked phone number regardless of how many times I called.
Thanks for all your help, Im sure theres something Im missing.
Cheers
