I have a custom tool set up to forward calls via an extension. As of this week the tool no longer forwards to the extension Sample Call IDS: 5ebfadc3-1bfc-464d-a6c2-be082481789e 8bbc920a-0147-4ed9-99ec-3340d503883c My tool ID is f548ea9e-c885-41fd-90af-bd65bdc0239f The call forwards but it never goes to the extension - I last tested about a month ago and it was working correctly. I. tried to delete and remake the tool but it still never forwards Please let me know if theres any other detail i can provide - thanks!

Try updating your Transfer Call Tool configuration to explicitly include the extension, as shown below:

It was done through the VAPI tool builder within the web paltform I can't update it @Vapi Support Bot
