Video File not stored to GCP despite integration

We’ve added our GCP credentials to Vapi under the External Providers Key section. The audio files are being uploaded to Vapi as expected, but the video file—generated via Daily.co—remains in Vapi’s S3 storage. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1372455321481773146/1372455322056396860/image.png?ex=6826d61f&is=6825849f&hm=79f0c7d0b2b5679216d269227daae4d5485ba8d4239ba73ac3ecb701d45b0b4f&

Currently, Vapi only supports storing audio recordings in your configured GCP Cloud Storage bucket. Video files generated via Daily.co are always stored in Daily's S3 bucket, regardless of your external storage integration. This is a platform limitation, and storing video files in your own GCP bucket would require a feature request to Vapi support or engineering. Currently, Vapi stores video call recordings generated via Daily.co in its own S3 bucket, not in user-configured GCP storage—even if your GCP credentials are set up correctly. This is a known limitation and explains why your video files are not appearing in your GCP bucket, while audio files are uploaded as expected. No workaround is documented at this time.
