Hello, I am trying to connect a +383 phone number to Twilio via BYOC, I have spoken to Twilio Support, I can do it without a PBX server. I will need to connect it to vapi.ai Is that possible? I might need a manual webhook. Can someone help me with this?

Thanks for reaching out! I couldn't find enough info about connecting a +383 number to Twilio via BYOC and then linking it to vapi.ai, especially when it comes to using a manual webhook or doing this without a PBX server. I do know that vapi.ai supports Twilio integration by setting up webhooks and using TwiML to forward calls to Vapi's endpoint, but there isn't anything specific about BYOC or non-Twilio numbers in the docs I have access to ([source](https://discord.com/channels/1211482211119796234/1340864767941672960)). I'm escalating this to a human expert who can help you out with the details!

Sounds to me like overly complicating things. Who is your provider exactly?
d
my carrier is Kosovo Telecom (VALA)
for the phone number
they offer sip service

Ok, what is your anticipated monthly usage? Is that under 1000 calls a month?
d
yes under 1000 calls per month

Then you can sign up with Cloudonix for our Free Tier (up to 1000 call attempts a month and 2 concurrent calls) - and get what you need completely for free.
and our interconnect with VAPI is already integrated in the platform
