The workflows are the future of AI agents, not only voice AI agents. Regarding the issues, if TLDR is, this to shall pass, and we are heavily working on it. Soon, within 2 weeks, all of your issues will be fixed .

but why did it brake on prod? I wanted to try it and its completely unusable :/

Yeah, I had made a workflow a month ago when they were still in alpha. checked yesterday and I can't access its settings anymore. I ended up deleting it. Will check back once its stable
