What’s strange is that multiple people can log in using the same credentials, but only the person who originally created the folder is able to see it. When another person logs in—whether on their laptop or PC—they cannot see the folder. What’s the issue here? Even if I, as the creator of the folder, open a different browser—for example, I use Google Chrome, log in, and create a folder—then switch to another Google Chrome account and log in again, I can’t see the folder I created in the previous session. This seems to be a bug. Please explain how we can fix this issue or let us know by when it will be resolved. As it stands, this makes collaboration as a team impossible if I create a folder and others are unable to access it. Thank you.

The issue occurs because Vapi stores data per browser session or local storage, not universally across logins; to fix it, use Vapi’s “Organizations” feature to share folders and assistants..

Thanks for your help, and thank you for answering my question. But how should I understand this about the organization? My team member is already using the same login credentials as me, and we are both admins in the same organization. Therefore, I don't understand how the organization feature would solve this. Do you mean I should add members to my organization so they can see the same content? Or how exactly do you mean that? Because as already mentioned, we use the same login credentials and both have admin roles with the same email address. So I don't understand what difference it would make if I added a member, since even now, with identical login credentials, my team member can't see what I create.
