Added external call options in the tools. The agent says the call is transferred but not receiving the external call. How to troubleshoot the issue? #agents

Call transfer will only work with a workflow now

@User oh okay so there is no way to transfer call using an assistant is it ? In that case how can I add my agent to workflow and get the call transferred when required to an external number ?
