Hi, Can anyone tell if the vapi workflow is working or not ? i just created a workflow with default settings. and start the call. but i cant hear anything.

Make sure your assistant has a first message, providers are set, it’s linked to a number, the workflow is active, and check logs for errors.

@Kings_big💫 Thanks, I am now able to talk in wapi workflow, but how to attach the assistant to the workflow ? i dont see the vapi option in the model anymore

Create an assistant in the Vapi dashboard, set the model provider to “vapi”, then create or attach it to a workflow using the Workflow Builder where you can design the conversation flow with nodes and integrate tools like Make or GHL as needed.
