Is there a way like to connect the Vapi Voice Agent to Bosnian number since there is no available Bosnian numbers in twilio or any other software outhere?

Since Bosnian numbers aren’t supported, you can use a local Bosnian number with call forwarding to a Vapi-compatible number like Twilio to connect it with your Vapi voice agent.

Or connect a local Bosnia DID via a SIP carrier and Cloudonix.

Or if there is not local Bosnian DID providers that match the price that you need, you could set up your own infrastructure using SIM cards and GSM (LTE) gateway, like OpenVox. I could offer you some help if need it
