Hi, We are working with a Dubai-based client who is looking to deploy an AI voice agent to handle appointment bookings through both outbound and inbound calls. We are planning to integrate Vapi with n8n to manage the call workflows and appointment scheduling. A key requirement from the client is that all calls (both inbound and outbound) must be made using their actual business phone number, which is registered with a local telecom provider (DU or Etisalat). They want to ensure customers see and call back the same verified number. We would appreciate your guidance on the following: Is it possible to configure Vapi to support both inbound and outbound calls using a verified local business number, potentially through SIP trunking or another voice provider? Does Vapi support integration with SIP trunks or local PBX systems (such as FreePBX or Asterisk) to route calls through the client's telecom number? Are there any recommended configurations or providers for use in the UAE that are known to work well with Vapi and comply with local telecom regulations? We’re excited about using Vapi for this project and want to ensure full compliance and seamless functionality. Any documentation or support you can share will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
