click on the drop down button next to publish. select view changes there you will ser the Publish button. now click on publish to save changes

Your Make.com webhook must be active and set to accept POST requests with a proper 200 OK response, or Vapi won’t validate it and allow saving, test with Webhook.site to confirm.
