Hello everyone ! I cannot find a TTS that correspond to my use case, how can I can use my own TTS on Vapi ? Should I run it locally in order to be able to do that ?

To use your own TTS with Vapi, run it locally or on a server, expose it via a public URL using ngrok, and configure Vapi to send text and receive audio from your custom endpoint.

So I won't be charged if I run it locally ?
