Hi Team,
All we could see is that your system is not sending the INVITE. If it's not sending the invite we can't complete the call.
If you believe your system is sending the SIP INVITE please have your engineer do a simple packet capture and send us the output for review.

05/19/2025, 6:25 PMsounds to be like BulkVS and the way vapi work aren't fully compatible - but considering that bulkvs is considered a relatively "low quality" provider (according to other people who worked with them), I can't comment beyond that.

05/20/2025, 9:01 PM@Sahil issue resolved via Cloudonix. BulkVS requires some "tricky" header manipulations that our SBC needed to handle. Also there were some Caller ID presentation issues that required handling.
