I added 4 forwarding numbers /destinations ( 4 Departments )but it only transfers to the first number assigned. 😩 Please send me article or videos tutorial on how to fix this.

You have to add custom tool for transfer call and add destination numbers there so as to transfer call to multiple numbers.
